Reduction in service to PLS prison advice lines

Commencing from week of 19 February 2018, PLS will be suspending our Wednesday telephone advice line service until further notice with a view to reassess this change after a 3 month period. The reason for this is due to reduced funding to our service and its impact on our staffing levels. Unfortunately, sustaining 3 sessions per week is simply impossible at this stage. We will, however, maintain our original scheduling of Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am-1pm.

PLS acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture. We pay our respects to Elders, past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded in Australia.
