Commencing from week of 19 February 2018, PLS will be suspending our Wednesday telephone advice line service until further notice with a view to reassess this change after a 3 month period. The reason for this is due to reduced funding to our service and its impact on our staffing levels. Unfortunately, sustaining 3 sessions per week is simply impossible at this stage. We will, however, maintain our original scheduling of Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am-1pm.
